摘  要:以磺酰氯作为反应试剂,采用液-固相本体法制备氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM),并对其性能进行研究。结果表明:通过测定合成产物在多元醇硫化体系下的硫化曲线,证明此制备方法可行;与相同氯含量的氯化聚乙烯相比,自制CSM的焦烧时间明显缩短,硫化程度提高,硫化胶的拉伸强度增大,拉断伸长率减小;与市售CSM相比,自制CSM的焦烧时间相近,热性能和动态力学性能较好。The chlorosulfonated polyethylene(CSM)was prepared by liquid-solid phase method using sulfonyl chloride as reactant,and its properties were investigated. The vulcanization curve of the synthesized product in the polyol curing system showed that the preparation method was effective. Compared with the chlorinated polyethylene with the same chlorine content,the scorch time of homemade CSM was obviously shorter,vulcanization degree was higher,the tensile strength of the vulcanizate was higher and elongation at break was lower. Compared with the commercial CSM,the scorch time of homemade CSM was similar,and the thermal properties and dynamic mechanical properties of the vulcanizates were better.
