摘  要:试验研究羟甲基化木质素/白炭黑并用对丁腈橡胶与镀铜钢丝的粘合性能和物理性能的影响。结果表明:随着羟甲基化木质素/白炭黑并用比的减小,胶料的门尼粘度增大,t_(10)和t_(90)延长;硫化胶的100%定伸应力和表观交联密度减小,其他物理性能变化不大,H抽出力先增大后减小。The effects of hydroxymethylated lignin/silica blended filler on the properties of NBR compound and the adhesion between NBR and brass-plated steel wire were experimentally investigated. The results showed that,as the blend ratio of hydroxymethylated lignin/silica decreased,the Mooney viscosity of the compound increased,t10 and t90 were extended,the modulus at 100% elongation and apparent crosslinking density of the vulcanizates decreased,and the H-shape pull-out force was increased at first and then decreased.
