摘  要:研究异戊二烯含量对硫黄硫化丁基橡胶硫化特性和硫化反应动力学的影响。结果表明:硫化温度一定,随着异戊二烯含量增大,胶料的t_(s1)和t_(90)缩短,交联密度增大,抗硫化返原性能提高;随着硫黄用量增大,胶料的交联密度和硫化返原程度增大;当异戊二烯摩尔分数由0.022 5增至0.051 0,硫黄硫化效率大幅提高,胶料的反应级数增大,诱导时间缩短,硫化反应活化能明显降低;当异戊二烯摩尔分数由0.051 0增至0.070 0,硫黄硫化效率和硫化反应活化能变化不大。The effect of isoprene content on the curing characteristics and curing reaction kinetics of sulfur cured IIR was investigated. The results showed that,when the curing temperature was constant and the isoprene content increased,ts1 and t90 of compounds were shortened,crosslinking density increased and reversion resistance was improved. When the addition level of sulfur increased,the crosslinking density and reversion degree increased. When the mole fraction of isoprene increased from 0. 022 5 to 0. 051 0,the sulfur curing efficiency was significantly improved,the reaction order of compounds increased,induction time was shortened and activation energy of curing reaction was significantly reduced. When the mole fraction of isoprene increased from 0. 051 0 to 0. 070 0,the sulfur curing efficiency and activation energy of curing reaction changed little.
