摘　　要：微小核糖核苷酸（microRNA）在机体的生长发育、疾病的发生发展过程中发挥重要的调节作用。多种microRNA在维持肾脏正常功能及肾脏疾病病理中发挥功能，其中miR-30a在肾脏的发育与肾脏疾病进展中具有广泛的调节作用。现对miR-30a在肾脏病理中的作用做简要综述。microRNAs play an important regulative role in body＇s growth and development, and the development of the disease process. Much microRNAs can maintain normal kidney function and regulate kidney pathological process, the miR -30a has extensive effect on kidney development and progression of renal diseases. In this review, a brief overview on the role of miR -30a in renal pathology is presented.
