摘 要:目前,速溶药物传递系统研究的主要内容包括口腔崩解片和口腔速溶膜,它们无需水或咀嚼便能在1 min内快速崩解,因而改善了患者的依从性。近年来,许多新型速溶技术的出现,进一步推动了速溶药物传递系统的发展。本文介绍了几种新型速溶技术,如冷冻干燥技术、3D打印技术和预混崩解剂在制备口腔崩解片,以及静电纺丝技术、热熔挤出技术、喷墨打印和柔性打印在制备口腔速溶膜中的应用,并简要总结了上述新型速溶技术的优缺点。At present, orally disintegrating tablets and fast dissolving oral films are the main research directions of fast dissolving drug delivery system (FDDDS), which can dissolve or disintegrate within a minute without drinking water or mastication so as to improve patient compliance. In recent years, many novel fast-dissolving technologies have promoted the development of FDDDS. This review introduces some applications of several noval fast-dissolving technologies to preparation of orally disintegrating tablets and fast dissolving oral films, such as freeze-dried thchnology, three-dimensional printing, co-processed disintegrants, electrospinning, hot melt extrusion, ink-jet printing and flexographic printing technology. Their advantages and disadvantages are brifely introduced as well.
