摘　　要：目的:探讨血清尿酸对冠心病患者行PCI术后凝血及血小板功能的影响。方法:收集2012-06~2015-02来我院救治并行PCI手术的冠心病患者98例,依据血清中尿酸水平将患者分为实验组与对照组,比较两组患者术后的凝血功能及血小板情况。结果:高尿酸血症冠心病并行PCI手术患者的AA%、ADP%、R值及K值均明显低于尿酸正常的患者;而其α角及MA值均明显高于尿酸正常的患者(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:高尿酸血症冠心病行PCI术后患者的血小板活性增高,血液处于高凝状态,针对这类患者要做好充分的防治准备。Objective：To explore the impaction of serum uric acid on the blood coagulation and platelet in the patients with coronary artery disease after PCI.Methods：Ninety-eight cases patients with coronary heart disease who came to our hospital to do PCI were collected from June 2012 to February 2015.All the patients were divided into the experimental group and control group according to the patients＇ serum uric acid level.And then the blood coagulation and platelet function of the two patients were compared.Results：AA%,ADP%,R value and K value of the patients who had high uric acid hematic disease with coronary artery disease after PCI were significantly lower than the patients with normal uric acid.Theαangle and MA value of the patients who had high uric acid hematic disease with coronary artery disease after PCI were significantly higher than those of the patients with normal uric acid.Conclusion：The platelet activity of patients who had high uric acid hematic disease with coronary artery disease after PCI has increased.And the blood of these patients is in high coagulation state.For such patients should be sufficient to prevent.
