摘　　要：尽管涉外婚姻在各国俨然是普遍存在的一种社会形态,但境外新娘却成为当今中国社会面临的新问题;某地越南新娘集体逃跑事件揭开了我国买卖外籍新娘的真相。由于缔结涉外婚姻往往事关两个以上国家的法律规定,因此买卖境外新娘的背后必然存在着违法犯罪的利益集团,亟需国籍法、移民法、婚姻法、刑法来规范当事人的一些法律关系。解决境外新娘合法化问题,有必要完善我国的国籍法、出入境管理法、婚姻法等法律法规,有效地解决境外新娘所面临的问题。Although international marriage is ubiquitous in many countries, foreign brides in China have become a new social problem. The report that some Vietnamese brides escaped from their Chinese families uncovers the foreign brides trading in the nation. Since foreign marriage usually involves two or more countries, there must be criminal interest behind the trade of foreign brides. Therefore in order to solve foreign brides' problems and to regulate the legal relation between the spouses, it is necessary to improve our nationality law, immigration law and marriage law.
