摘 要:目的:探讨比较葛根、槐花及其免煎颗粒中黄酮类有效成分的含量,为进一步确认中药免煎颗粒的疗效提供理论基础。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定葛根、槐花及其免煎颗粒中黄酮类有效成分的含量。结果:葛根饮片、葛根免煎颗粒中葛根素含量分别为为0.01796g/g、0.01760g/g;槐花饮片、槐花免煎颗粒中芦丁含量分别为0.03725g/g、0.03131g/g。结论:免煎颗粒中有效成分的含量与传统饮片无显著差异,但其与饮片的疗效差别还有待进一步研究。Objective: To compare the content of Flavonoids constituents in Pueraria Radix, Flos Sophorae slices and their decoct -free granule in order to provide the theoretical basis for further confirming the curative effect of boil - free granule of TCM. Methods : HPLC method was adopted to test the content of Flavonoids con- stituents in Pueraria Radix, Flos Sophorae slices and their decoct - free granule. Result: The content of puerarin in slices of prepared Pueraria Radix, and decoet - free Puerariae Radix granules is 0. 01796g/g and 0. 01760g/g respectively. The content of rutin in Flos Sophorae slices and decoct - free Flos Sophorae granules is 0. 03725g/g and 0.03131g/g respectively. Conclusions: The content of active ingredient showed no significant difference in the decoct - free granules and slices of prepared herbs. However whether there are curative differences still needs further study.
