摘  要:目的:优选消痔灵洗剂的水提工艺。方法:以苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的含量为评价指标,按正交表L_9(3~4)设计试验,考察加水量、提取时间和提取次数3个因素。结果:提取时间对提取效果有显著影响,提取工艺的最佳参数为:加水量为10倍,提取时间为每次1h,提取次数为2次。结论:优选的提取工艺能较好地保证制剂的质量。Objective: To optimize the water extraction process of Xiaozhiling lotion. Methods: The extraction technology of Xiaozhiling Lotion was optimized by L9 ( 3^4 ) orthogonal test. Took the content of matrine and oxymatrine as index to evaluate three factors of the amount of the added - water, the duration of decoction and the frequency of decoction. Results: The frequency of decoction was the most important factor in the extraction process. The procedure of the best extraction technology was when adding 10 times of water, decocting twice with 1 hour each time. Conclusion: The optimal extraction technology shows the stabilization and feasibility in controling the quality of theproduetion.
