右归胶囊治疗肾阳虚型PADAM合并BPH患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察"右归胶囊"治疗总睾酮(TT)水平正常的中老年男性雄激素部分缺乏综合征(PADAM)合并前列腺增生(BPH)肾阳虚患者的临床疗效及对游离睾酮(FT)的影响。方法:收集血清总睾酮正常的PADAM合并BPH的肾阳虚患者120例,随机分为治疗组60例,对照组60例,治疗组给予右归胶囊,对照组给予非那雄胺片,以一个月作为1个疗程。正规治疗1个疗程后,分别观察治疗前后两组患者的PADAM症状、中医症候评分及FT数值。结果:治疗1个月后,治疗组总有效率为68.33%,对照组总有效率为43.33%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前后在中医症候评分方面有明显疗效(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后在改善血管+体能症状、精神症状、性方面的症状、PADAM总分水平方面有明显疗效(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组;两组中血清FT数值均较治疗前有所升高,但无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后在FT的数值方面虽高于对照组,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:右归胶囊在总睾酮水平正常的PADAM合并BPH肾阳虚患者中疗效明确,可有效改善临床症状;对于FT的影响,治疗组虽无统计学意义,但较治疗前有上升趋势,这表明右归胶囊可能提高患者血清FT。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of treating patients who are suffering from kidney Yang deficiency Partial Androgen Deficiency in the Agong Male （PADAM） and benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） while the total testosoterone （TT） level is normal with Yougui Capsule, and its influence on free testosterone （FT）. Methods： Collected 120 cases of outpatients whose tit are normal but with clinical symptoms of kidney Yang deficiency PADAM and BPH. Divided them into a treatment group with 60 cases, and a control group with 60 cases. The treatment group was given Yougui capsule, while the control group was given Finasteride for one month as a treatment course. After a month of treatment, observed PADAM symptom, TCM symptom scores and FT level of the patents in the two groups before and after the treatment respectively. Results： After a month of the treatment, the effective rate was 68.33% in the treatment group while it was 43.33% in the control group. The result in the treatment group is better than that in the control group. TCM symptom scores had obvious im- proevemnt in both groups compared with those before and after the treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the result in the treatment group is prior to that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. In the treatment group, vasoconstriction, physical symptom, mental symptom, sex symptom were all better after treatment than those before the treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and were better than those in the control group as well. Compared with FT level in the serum before and after the treatment, the FT levels in both group were higher than those before the treatment, but without statistical significance （P 〉 0. 05 ）. The figures of FT level were higher in the treatment group than that in the control group, but without statistical significance （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Yougui Capsule has obvious effect in treating patients whose TT are normal but with clinical symptoms of kidney Yang deficiency PADAM and BPH, and can effectively impr
