摘  要:文山松毛虫质型多角体病毒(Dendrolimus punctatus wenshanensis Cytoplasmic Polyhedrosis Virus,Dpw CPV)制剂的应用为控制松毛虫危害发挥了积极作用。本研究基于DpwCPV制剂,在云南弥勒市1 000 hm^2松林分别实施了3种松毛虫生物防治模式,经过1 a的综合应用,示范区松毛虫虫口数量相比治理前下降了59.1%。结果表明,基于DpwCPV制剂的3种生物防治模式具有方便、易操作的特点,可在松毛虫生物治理中广泛推广。Bio-pesticide application of Dendrolimus punctatus wenshanensis Cytoplasmic Polyhedrosis Virus( Dpw CPV) has played a positive role for the control of Dendrolimus spp. in Yunnan. Three biological control modes of pine caterpillars based on Dpw CPV w ere implemented in 1 000 hm^2 of pine forest in M ile City,Yunnan. After one year of comprehensive application of three biological control modes,population decrease rate of pine caterpillars in the demonstration forest reached 59. 1% compared w ith that before. Conclusion w as that these three biological control modes have convenient and handy features,so they can be w idely used in the biological management of pine caterpillars.
