摘　　要：王洪京主任医师荣获全国第二批优秀中医临床人才、山东省名中医药专家等荣誉称号,2015年国家中医药管理局确定设立全国基层名老中医药专家王洪京传承工作室。他从事临床工作33余年,擅长脾胃肝胆疾病的治疗,临床善用扶正托毒解毒类(如黄芪与合欢皮、黄芪与甘草、当归与白芷等)、清热解毒类(白头翁与红藤、蛇莓与木槿花、秦皮与败酱草、薏苡仁与红藤及败酱草、白芷与大黄、土茯苓与蒲公英、冬凌草与蒲公英等)、宣散解毒类(如葛根与升麻、生石膏与升麻等)对药,分别用于治疗正虚毒恋证、热毒内蕴证、阳明热毒郁火证的脾胃病,现整理如下。Chief Physician Wang Hongjing won the honorary of national second batch of excellent clinical professionals of Chinese medicine,Shandong famous expert of traditional Chinese medicine. He is identified as ＂a national grassroots name old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine expert Wang Hongjing Heritage Studio＂by the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine in 2015. He has engaged in the clinical work of internal medicine of TCM for 33 years,and specializes in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases. He is good at the application of strengthening body resistance and expelling pathogens drugs in clinical practive（such as Astragalusmembranaceus and Albizia,Astragalus membranaceus and Licorice,Angelica sinensis and dahurian angelica root etc.）,clearing heat-toxicity drugs（such as Baitouweng and Sargent gloryvine,Mockstrawberry and hibiscus,Fraxetin and Patrinia,Coix seed,Sargent gloryvine and Patrinia,dahurian angelica root and Chinese rhubarb,glabrous greenbrier rhizome and Dandelion,Rabdosia rubescens and Dandelion etc.） and dispersing and detoxification drugs（such as Pueraria and Cimicifuga,Raw gypsum and Cimicifuga etc.）. Herb couples were used to treat spleen and stomach disease of positive deficiency and toxin syndrome,accumulation of heat and toxic syndrome and Yangming heat stagnated fire syndrome. Now we will arrange it as follows.
