针灸结合音乐治疗轻中度老年抑郁症30例

摘　　要：目的观察针灸结合音乐疗法对心脾两虚型轻、中度老年抑郁症的临床疗效,探讨治疗轻、中度老年抑郁症的综合疗法。方法针刺以百会、四神聪、神门、太冲为主穴,配合足三里、内关、脾俞、心俞,每周3次,4周为一个疗程,并配合音乐疗法,每次治疗30min,25次为一个疗程。结果治疗6个疗程后,痊愈2例,显著进步10例,进步17例,无效1例,总有效率96.67%。结论针灸结合音乐治疗心脾两虚型轻、中度老年抑郁症,能够增强针灸治疗抑郁症的疗效,且安全舒适,值得临床推广使用。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with music therapy in the treatment of mild-to-moderate depression of deficiency of both heart and spleen. Methods The main points are Baihui（DU20）,Sishencong（EXHN1）,Shenmen（TF4）,Taichong（LR3） combined with Zusanli（ST36）,Neiguan（PC6）,Pishu（BL20）,Xinshu（BL15）,3 times every week,and 4 weeks is a course of treatment,and cooperating with music therapy,30 min every time,25 times is a course of treatment.Results After six course of treatment,2 cases were healed,10 cases had remarkable progress,17 cases made progress,1 case had no effect,and the total effective rate was 96. 67%. Conclusion The acupuncture and moxibustion combined with music therapy in the treatment of mild-to-moderate depression of deficiency of both heart and spleen can enhance the curative effect,and is safe and comfortable.It is worthy of clinical use.
