摘　　要：目的探讨部分拔甲加改良梭形整形术治疗嵌甲型甲沟炎的手术疗效。方法将60例患者按照患者意愿随机分为对照1组、对照2组、治疗组,每组20例。分别采用部分拔甲术、甲床部分切除术+梭形切皮整形术、部分拔甲+改良梭形整形术,观察手术时间、愈合时间,术后1个月、6个月对患者进行随访,观察患者的感染与否、复发与否和复发时间、临床功能评价标准、满意程度评价。结果对照1组复发率为55%,复发时间(1.32±1.26)个月;对照2组复发率为15%,复发时间(3.85±3.45)个月;治疗组复发率为0。结论部分拔甲加改良梭形整形术提高嵌甲型甲沟炎临床疗效,减少复发率。Objective To discuss the surgical effect of part of nail removal and improved spindle anaplasty in the treatment of ingrowing toenail. Methods In accordance with the wishes of patients, 60 cases were randomly divided into control group one, control group two and treatment group, with 20 cases in each group, they used partial surgery, partial resection of the nail bed and fusiform incision plasty, pulling a section and improved spindle plastic surgery, respectively. The operation time and healing time were observed. Patients were followed-up at the end of 1 month and 6 months. The infection, recurrence and recurrence time, clinical function evaluation criteria, satisfaction evaluation were observed. Results The recurrence rate and the recurrence time of the control group one was 55% and （1.32 ± 1.26 ） months, respectively. The recurrence rate and the recurrence time of the control group two was 15% and （3.85 ± 3.45） months, respectively. The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 0%. Conclusion The surgical methods of part of nail removal and improved spindle anaplasty in the treatment of ingrowing toenail can improve clinical effect, and reduce recurrence rate.
