斯奇康联合消风散治疗肛门瘙痒症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的考察斯奇康联合消风散治疗肛门瘙痒症的临床效果。方法选择各类肛门瘙痒症患者70例,随机平均分为对照组(高锰酸钾配合氢化可的松软膏组)与联用组(斯奇康肌注、消风散外洗加氢化可的松软膏),每组35例,各组按指定方法给予治疗后观察疗效,并于治疗后第二周复查并统计结果。结果联用组结果显著优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);复查后,对照组均存在一定程度的复发,而联用组无复发。结论斯奇康联合消风散治疗肛门瘙痒症效果良好,值得借鉴推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of BCG-PSN combined with Xiaofeng powder in the treatment of anal pruritus.Methods 70 cases of patients with all types of anal pruritus were randomly averagely control group used potassium permanganate combined with hydrocortisone ointment, and combination group used BCG-PSN intramuscular injection, Xiaofeng powder external wash and hydrocortisone ointment. According to the specified method of treatment,the curative effect was observed. They were checked at the end of two weeks. Results The curative effect of the combination group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. There was a certain degree of recurrence in the control group,but no recurrence in the combination group. Conclusion BCG-PSN combined with Xiaofeng powder in the treatment of anal pruritus has good curative effect,and is worthy of promotion.
