摘  要:以石蜡基大庆催化料为原料,在催化裂化中试装置上,通过对比催化料单程裂解、重油单独回炼、柴油和重油共回炼3种加工方案对产物分布和产品质量的影响,考察了柴油回炼对柴汽比的调控。结果表明:与催化料单程裂解相比,重油单独回炼时,液化气、汽油、柴油收率分别提高了1.91,1.91,1.76个百分点,柴汽比(质量比)从0.44增大至0.46;柴油和重油共回炼时,液化气、汽油收率分别提高了3.22,6.27个百分点,柴油收率降低了3.78个百分点,柴汽比从0.44减小至0.27,所生成汽油馏分中的烯烃质量分数降低了14.71个百分点,芳烃质量分数提高了8.25个百分点。With paraffin -based Daqing catalytic feed oil as feedstock, the adjusting of diesel recycling to diesel to gasoline ratio were investigated in a catalytic cracking pilot unit by comparing the influences of three different processing schemes on product distribution and quality, including once - through cracking of catalytic feed oil, recycling heavy oil, and recycling both diesel and heavy oil. The results showed that compared with once - through cracking of catalytic feed oil, when heavy oil was reprocessed, the yield of liquefied gas, gasoline and diesel increased by 1.91,1.91 and 1.76 percentages respectively, the diesel to gasoline ratio (mass ratio) increased from 0. 44 to 0. 46. While when both diesel and heavy oil were reprocessed, the yield of liquefied gas and gasoline increased by 3.22 and 6.27 percentage separately, the yield of diesel de- creased by 3.78 percentage, and the diesel to gaso- line ratio reduced from 0. 44 to 0. 27,the mass fraction of olefin in gasoline distillate reduced by 14.71 percentage, and the mass fraction of aromatic hydrocarbon increased by 8.25 percentage.
