摘 要:先将中国石化天津分公司延迟焦化装置所产的焦化石脑油和焦化柴油按生产比例混合,经实沸点蒸馏后得到中间馏分,再根据收率调和,得到不同馏程的焦化石脑油。以上述焦化石脑油为原料,采用Mo-Ni加氢精制催化剂,在20 m L微反加氢实验装置上,进行了焦化石脑油单独加氢实验。结果表明:适宜的反应条件为:压力6.0 MPa,温度320℃,空速1.5 h^(-1),氢油比(体积比)400∶1;将焦化石脑油加氢馏分馏程由原来的初馏点(IBP)~230℃(恩式蒸馏干点不超过220℃)拓宽到IBP^270℃(恩式蒸馏干点不超过255℃)后,加氢精制产物仍可满足用作乙烯裂解原料的质量要求。The coking naphtha and coking diesel produced by the delayed coking unit of Tianjin Branch, SINOPEC ,were mixed according to the pro- duction proportion, and then the middle distillates were obtained by the true boiling point distillation instrument,the coking naphtha with different distil- lation ranges of were blended under the yield. With the above coking naphatha as feedstocks, and with the Mo - Ni hydrorefining catalyst, the hydrogenation test of coking naphatha alone was conducted on a 20 mL micro hydrogenation experiment device. The results showed that the suitable conditions were: pressure 6.0 MPa, temperature 320 ~C , space velocity 1.5 h^-1, and volume ratio of hydrogen to oil 400: 1. After the hydrogenation distillation range of coking naphtha were broadened from initial boiling point(IBP) -230 ℃ (Engler distillation dry point not more than 220 ℃ ) to IBP - 270 ℃ ( Engler distillation dry point not more than 255℃ ) ,the hydrorefining product could still meet the quality requirement of ethylene cracking feedstock.
