摘  要:在20万t/a采用Innovene工艺的聚丙烯(PP)装置上,进行了国产丙烯聚合用催化剂BCZ的工业应用试验,分析了装置运行情况及产品性能,并与同类型进口催化剂CDi进行了对比。结果表明:与催化剂CDi相比,催化剂BCZ的活性低,半衰期短,氢调敏感性和共聚性能均较差;在生产均聚产品时,催化剂BCZ产生的细粉量多于催化剂CDi的,但生产共聚产品时,二者相当;催化剂BCZ生产的均聚产品的力学性能与催化剂CDi生产的相当,但前者所生产的共聚产品力学性能稍差。The industrial application test of do- mestic propylene polymerization catalysts BCZ were carried out in a 200 kt/a polypropylene unit with lnnovene technology. The running conditions of unit and the product properties were analyzed, and compared with the same type imported catalyst CDi. The results showed that compared with catalyst CDi,activity of catalyst BCZ was lower,half - life was shorter,and hydrogen regulation sensitivity and copolymerization performance was poorer. When producing homopolymerization products, the quantity of fine powder of catalyst BCZ was more than that of catalyst CDi,but when producing copolymerization products, both were close. The mechanical properties of homopolymerization product with catalyst BCZ or CDi were similar,but that of copolymerization product with the former were inferior.
