摘 要:以掺炼炼厂污油的常减压装置脱前原油为原料油,在SH-Ⅰ型静态电脱盐实验仪上进行了原油破乳剂YS-1123的性能评价,并在500万t/a原油电脱盐装置上进行了工业应用试验。结果表明:破乳剂YS-1123对炼厂污油具有较强的适应性,脱盐效果显著;在污油掺炼比为12%,注剂量为30μg/g的条件下,脱后原油含盐质量浓度为2.34 mg/L,脱盐率为92.8%,含水质量分数为0.041%,脱水率为99.3%,切水含油质量浓度为66.0 mg/L。With blending refinery waste oil of crude oil atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit as feedstock,the performances of crude oil demulsifier YS -1123 were evaluated on a SH - I static electrical desalting tester and the industrial test were carried out in a 5 Mt/a electrical desalting unit. The results showed that demulsifier YS - 1123 had a better adaptability to refinery waste oil and the desalting results were remarkable. Under the conditions of waste oil blending ratio 12% and dosage 30 μg/g, the salt mass concentration of the demulsified crude oil was 2.34 mg/L, the desalted rate was 92.8% , the water mass fraction of the demulsified crude oil was 0. 041% ,the dehydration rate was 99.3% ,and the oil mass concentration of the electrical desahing waste water was 66.0 mg/L.
