阻焦剂在常减压蒸馏装置中的应用

摘　　要：基于原油结焦机理,分析了减压塔底焦质形成的主要原因,在实验室对阻焦剂性能进行了评价,并在中国石油四川石化公司10 Mt/a常减压蒸馏装置上进行了优选阻焦剂BPR 34260 R的工业应用试验。结果表明:原料油中掺炼重污油,其黏度增大,流动性能变差,在管道中的流速过低,使缩合物沉积在管道表面而得以富集,聚集的缩合物进一步反应导致产生焦质;焦质在阻焦剂BPR 34260 R中的分散效果良好;加注阻焦剂BPR 34260 R的工业试验期间,有效阻止和延缓了焦质在减压塔底的形成和沉积,使减压塔底泵的入口压力降低。The main reasons of the coke forming on the bottom of the vacuum distillation column were analysed on the basis of the coking mechanism of crude oil. The anti - coking effects of the anti - coking agents were evaluated in laboratory, and the industrial application test of optimal anti - coking agent BPR 34260 R was carried out in a 10 Mt/a atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of Sichuan Petrochemical Company, PetroChina. The results showed that crude oil blended with heavy waste oil which resulted in increased viscosity, poor fluidity, and lower flow rate in pipe. The condensation deposition on the surface of the pipe could be enriched,and the further reaction led to the generation of coke. The dispersion effect of the coke in the anti - coking agent BPR 34260 R was good. During the industrial test of filling the anti -coking agent BPR 34260 R,it prevented and retarded the formation and sedimentation of coke on the bottom of vacuum distillation column effectively, which reduced the entrance pressure of the bottom pump in the vacuum distillation column.
