摘　　要：齐越先生是新中国第一代播音员,是播音事业的开拓者。齐越精神对今天的我们仍然有重要的指导意义。齐越精神主要体现在以下几个方面:真心真情,用生命播音;扎根于民,为百姓代言;严谨认真,对工作一丝不苟;敢于担当,有高度的责任感、使命感;简朴低调,处处为他人着想。Qi Yue is a broadcaster of the first generation in new China and a pioneer of the broadcasting cause. Today, Qi Yue＇s spirit is still of great significance for us. His spirit can be concludes as followings： He broadcasted with his life, sincerely showing his true feelings. He was rooted in the people for the benefit of them. He worked rigorously, earnestly and meticulously. He was fully responsible with a sense of mission, a simple living with low profile, and full consideration for others.
