基于PLC的纸盒成型机全自动控制系统设计

摘　　要：针对纸盒成型机功能的需求,采用西门子S7-1200系列PLC作为主控制器,配套变频器等部件从硬件和软件2方面进行功能性的设计;通过采用GP-PRO EX 4.0软件开发了HMI特殊功能界面,实现纸盒成型机的人机交互功能,使得该设备能够实现多种规格纸盒的快速成型功能。结果表明:该设备已投入生产,能够有效地提高纸盒的成型效率。Aiming at the function requirements of the carton forming machine, this paper adopts Siemens s7-1200 series PLC as the main controller, carry out function design of equipments such as inverter from hardware and software. Use GP-PRO EX 4.0 to develop a special HMI function interface and realize the human-machine interaction of carton forming machine, which allows this device compatible with a variety of specifications of the carton＇s forming rapidly. Results indicate that the equipment has been put into production, it can effectively improve the molding efficiency.
