摘  要:针对弹药的环境使用性要求问题,对炮弹海洋环境适应性进行分析。分析我国西南沙海域的海洋环境,包括高温、高湿、盐雾、霉菌、太阳辐射等自然环境,探讨在单一因素及综合因素作用下对炮弹可能产生的危害及采取对策,并提出提高炮弹海洋环境适应性的相关性建议。分析结果表明:可以通过材料的选取,工艺防护,腐蚀控制,通风、排水及防腐蚀密封设计,维护措施等方式提高炮弹海洋环境适应性。Aiming at the ammunition environment adaptability, analyze artillery shell marine environment adaptability. Analyze the marine environment of the Xisha Islands and the Nansha Islands, which including environments such as high temperature, high moisture, salt fog, mildew, sun radiation and so on. Discuss the damage on artillery shell under single factor and integrated factors. Use related countermeasures and put forwards related suggestion for improving marine environment adaptability. Analysis results show that use selecting material, technical protection, corrosion control, airing, draining, anti-corrosion sealing design and maintenance to improve marine environment adaptability.
