摘　　要：探讨了社区健身俱乐部与卫生服务中心产业融合的社会背景与存在问题。分析了两大产业融合的模式,发现在资源、产品、市场方面全面对接的过程而融合发展的三种模式:渗透型、重组型和延伸型融合,并对两大产业的融合发展提出了建议。Discusses existing problems and the social background of the industrial integration of the community fitness club and health service center,analyzes the integration mode of the two industries,puts forward three modes of integration development based on the process of comprehensive docking in resources,products,marketing：penetration type,recombinant fusion type and extension type,and put forward the proposal for the two major industries of the development of fusion.
