摘　　要：为观察肌肤相亲对新生儿窒息患儿生长发育和免疫功能的影响,将72例新生儿窒息患儿随机分为肌肤相亲组A组和传统治疗组B组各36例,2组患儿喂养方法相同并给予综合治疗方案。B组实施常规护理;A组在常规护理基础上,住院期间和出院后增加肌肤相亲(抚触和被动运动)进行干预。2组患儿于3个月、6个月时进行体检,观察体重、身长、头围、智能、运动发育指标及30 d时免疫指标IgG、IgA、IgM的变化。结果为:3个月及6个月时A组体重、身长、智能发育指数和运动发育指数均明显优于B组;30 d时A组体液免疫学指标IgG、IgA、IgM含量与B组比较也存在显著性差异。肌肤相亲早期干预能促进新生儿窒息患儿生长发育,并能增强其免疫功能。Objective：To observe the effects of skin -to -skin contact on growth and development and Immuni- ty of Neonatal asphyxia. Method ： 72 cases of neonatal asphyxia were randomly divided into skin - to - skin contact treatment group A and traditional group B with 36 cases in each. The two groups were fed the same and given comprehensive treatment Method：Group B were given routine nursing care, Group A were given skin- to- skin contact （massage and passive exercise intervention） besides the routine nursing care during and after hospitalization. The two groups made the physical examinations at 3 months and 6 months, then the infant weight, height, and head circumference, intelligent and motor development index were observed, so did the infants 30 days immune indexes （ IgG, IgA, IgM） changes. Results ： at 3 months and 6 months, in Group A, body weight, body height, intelligence and motor development index were significantly better than group B; At 30 days,there were significant difference in immunity index of IgG, I gA, IgM content in body fluid be- tween Group A and Group B. Conclusion ： The early intervention of skin - to - skin contact can promote the growth and development of the neonatal asphyxia and can enhance their immune function.
