摘  要:人才培养模式是我国高等教育体制改革的核心和重点。本文在调查研究的基础上,提出了工商管理专业应用型人才应该具备的包括核心能力、业务能力和发展能力的职业能力结构,并构建了工商管理专业"基于能力",涵盖理论教学体系、实践教学体系和素质训练体系"三位一体"的应用型人才培养模式。Personnel training mode is the program of building specialty in colleges and universities, it is the core and key of higher education system reform in China. Based on investigation, this article put forwards that applied talents in management specialty should have the vocational ability structure which includes core com- petence, professional ability and development ability, thus it will be the foundation to build " capability- based", covering the trinity applied personnel training mode which includes theoretical teaching system, prac- tical teaching system, and quality training system in business administration.
