摘 要:目的:分析甲仑榴莲挥发油成分,为开发利用榴莲资源和质量控制提供科学依据.方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取榴莲果肉及内果皮中的挥发油,采用GC-MS法和NIST98谱图库鉴定化学成分.结果:从榴莲果肉中鉴定出11种化合物,其含量占挥发油总含量的98.86%,其主要成分及相对含量分别为环十六烷(43.59%),9-十六碳烯酸乙酯(11.17%),十六烷(10.59%),棕榈酸乙酯(9.12%),以烷类和酯类化合物为主;从榴莲内果皮中鉴定出11种化合物,占总挥发油含量的95.73%,其主要成分及相对含量分别为十六烷(25.71%),2-十四烯(E)(22.41%),9-十六碳烯酸乙酯(13.56%),苯乙烯(13.45%),以烷类和烯烃类为主.结论:为榴莲挥发油的进一步研究及开发利用提供科学依据.Objective: To analyze the constituents of the essential oils extracted from Jia Lun durian,and provide scientific basis for quality control of it. Methods: The essential oils were extracted from durian pulp and peel by water steam distillation. The components were identified by GC-M S and NIST data base. Results: 11 compounds from durian pulp were identified and accounted for 98. 86% of all essential oil. The main components were hexadecane( 43. 59%),ethyl 9-hexadecenoate( 11. 17%),hexadecane( 10. 59%),palmitic acid ethyl ester( 9. 12%).Alkanes and esters were the main components. In durian peel,the 11 kinds of compounds wereidentified and accounted for 95. 73% of the total volatile oil,in which was mainly hexadecane( 25. 71%),2-tetradecene( E)( 22. 41%),ethyl 9-hexadecenoate( 13. 56%),styrene( 13. 45%).Alkanes and alkene were the main components. Conclusion: The study provided a scientific basis for the development and utilization of volatile oils from durian.
