赤松对汽车尾气胁迫的生理响应

摘  要:以辽宁仙人洞自然保护区实验区、距离路边3米左右的成年赤松为材料,以针叶叶绿素含量、脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量及保护酶活性为指标,研究交通尾气胁迫对赤松的影响及植物的响应.结果表明,实验组和对照组相比,植物叶绿素含量没有显著差异,但是实验组叶绿素a/b比对照升高了8.55%;MDA含量比对照组高74.34%;实验组脯氨酸含量是对照的4.27倍,实验组SOD和CAT活性分别降低47.48%、36.73%,POD活性升高57.90%.The experimental material was adult Pinus densiflora,which was planted in the Xianrendong national nature reserve of Liaoning experimental area and 3 meters away from roadside. This article was aimed at the influence of automobile exhaust stress in Pinus densiflora and the plant physiological response. The content of needle chlorophyll,proline,malondialdehyde( MDA) and activity of protective enzyme were used as indicators. The result showed that the chlorophyll content had no significant difference between experimental and control groups,but the experimental group chlorophyll a/b ratio increased by 8. 55%,M DA increased by 74. 34% relative to control,and 4. 27 times more proline content than control. The activity of SOD and CAT in experimental group were reduced by 47. 48% and 36. 73% respectively,but the POD was increased by 57. 90%.
