摘　　要：水环境风险与预警技术对于解决流域水环境问题和加强流域水环境管理是至关重要的.围绕水环境风险分区及评估技术、水环境监控预警技术和水环境应急管理技术三方面对流域水环境风险评估与预警技术的研究进展加以概述,以系统反映水环境风险与预警技术的研究状况,为完善流域水环境管理技术提供技术支持.Water environmental risk assessment and early warning is very important for solving the problem of basin water environment and strengthening the management of water environment.In this paper,the basin water environmental risk assessment and early warning technique is overviewed in risk zoning and assessment,monitoring and early warning,and emergency management. The purpose of this paper is to present research situation of the environmental risk and early warning technique systematically and to provide technical support for the improving the water environmental management technology.
