摘 要:采用实验室装置和现场中试装置,以阜阳某白酒厂酿造废水为进水,研究在不同温度、气体速率、压力、循环管径截面积之比等因素影响下IC反应器对高浓度有机废水的处理效果;同时研究不同因素对反应器内循环的影响。结果表明内循环量对COD、氨氮的去除率及出水SS浓度有很大影响。在压力持续时间15天、速率0.8 m/s、升流管与回流管截面积之比(A_1/A_2)≤0.5、温度55℃时,内循环量最佳、IC反应器对COD和氨氮去除效果最好、出水SS最低,出水满足国家二级排放标准要求。The Laboratory test apparatus and field devices in a Fuyang brewery wastewater as influent, the effects of different factors such as temperature, gas velocity, pressure,and cross-sectional area of internal circulation reactor were studied. And the effect of different factors on the internal circulation of the reactor was also studied. The results showed that the internal circulation had a great effect on the removal rate of COD and NH3-N and the effluent concentration of SS.At the pressure duration of 15 days, the rate of 0. 8 m/s, the cross-sectional area of the riser A1/the cross-sectional area A2≤0. 5, the temperature of 55 ℃, the amount of internal circulation is the best, IC reactor for the removal of COD and ammonia nitrogen is the best, the effluent SS is minimum, effluent can meet the national secondary emission standards.
