神经内科重症监护患者的护理与体会

摘　　要：目的阐述神经内科重症监护患者特点及临床护理体会。方法从5个方面对神经内科重症监护患者患病后个体表现及护理工作的特点进行分析总结。结果实施专科治疗护理后,128例患者病情好转搬出监护室,12例救治无效死亡,2例转往上级医院继续治疗,6例因经济负担等原因自动退院,无护患纠纷的发生,患者及家属满意率为100%。结论关注患者的心理需求、充足的营养、适宜的护理措施是提高神经内科重症监护患者护理质量的关键。Objective To elucidate the characteristics and clinical nursing experience of neurology department intensive care patients.Methods From five aspects of neurology department critical care,individual performance of patients and the characteristics of nursing work were analyzed and summarized. Results After implement specialized treatment and nursing,128 cases improved and move out of intensive care unit,12 cases died because of invalid treatment,2 cases transferred to higher hospital to continue treatment,6 cases discharge from hospital because economic burden and other reasons,here was no disputes between nursing and patients,the patient and the family member satisfaction rate was 100070. Conclusion Paying attention to the patient＇s psychological demand,adequate nutrition,appropriate nursing measures is the key to improve the quality of neurology department intensive nursing.
