摘　　要：目的:探讨综合性护理干预对非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝患者肝功能及血脂代谢的改善效果。方法:将我院2014年9月~2016年2月收治并确诊的100例非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝患者随机等分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予综合性护理干预,对照组给予常规护理干预。护理干预前后检测并比较两组患者血清肝功能指标与血脂代谢指标的变化。结果:干预后观察组AST,ALT,TBIL,GGT等肝功能指标和TG,TC,LDL-C等血脂指标均低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合性护理干预对非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝患者肝功能改善及血脂代谢调节效果显著。Objective：To explore the improvement effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on liver function and blood lipid metabolism of patients with nonalcoholic fatty livers. Methods：Total of 100 patients with nonalcoholic fatty livers were admitted and diagnosed in our hospital from September 2014 to February 2016. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given the comprehensive nursing interven- tion. The control was treated with the routine nursing intervention. Changes of indexes of serum liver function and blood lipid metabolism of the two groups were detected and compared before and after the nursing interventions. Results ： After the intervention, indexes of liver function of AST, ALT, TBIL, GGT and others as well as the blood lipid metabolism of TG, TC, LDL - C and others of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group. HDL - C of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion ： The comprehensive nursing intervention has remarkable effects on the improvement of liver function and the regulation of blood lipid metabolism of patients with nonalcoholic fatty livers.
