妊娠糖尿病患者的PDCA运动效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨PDCA循环模式对妊娠糖尿病患者的影响。方法:选取2014年4月~2015年4月在我院接受治疗的妊娠糖尿病患者150例为研究对象,将其随机等分成观察组和对照组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在此基础上实行PDCA循环护理模式(分计划、实施、检查、处理4个阶段),观察比较两组患者血糖控制情况、并发症情况、平均住院天数及医疗费用情况。结果:观察组干预后1周空腹血糖水平(5.51±0.78)mmol/L和干预后1个月空腹血糖水平(4.34±0.61)mmol/L明显低于对照组[(6.48±1.21)mmol/L,(5.21±0.93)mmol/L];观察组患者并发症情况明显低于对照组;观察组患者平均住院天数[6.34(2.02)]d和医疗费用(5285.63±2190.62元)明显低于对照组[8.78(2.53)]d,(7398.49±2783.74)元,两组比较结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA护理模式对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖水平的控制、并发症的避免有积极成效,且能有效减少患者住院天数,降低医疗费用,值得临床推广运用。Objective：To explore the effect of PDCA cyclical model on diabetics in pregnancy. Methods：A total of 150 diabetics in pregnancy were treated in my hospital from April 2014 to April 2015. They were selected as research targets and then were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing. The observation group was treated with PDCA cyclical nursing model （plan -do -check -action） based on the routine nursing. The glycemic control, complications, average hospitalization days and medical costs were observed and compared between the two groups of patients. Results ： After one week and one month of intervention, fasting blood - glucose levels of the observation group were apparently lower than that of the control group. The average hospitalization days and medical costs were much lower than those of the control group. The comparison results of both groups were of statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The PDCA nursing model is worth clinical promotion and application, because it has positive effects on the control of blood glucose levels and the avoidance of complications, and effectively reduces hospitalization days and medical costs for patients.
