产妇会阴伤口感染危险因素调查分析与防护

摘　　要：目的:探讨产妇会阴伤口感染危险因素及护理干预措施,为预防产妇会阴侧切伤口、自然裂伤伤口缝合术后感染提供指导。方法:选取2014年1月~2016年6月在本院自然分娩且有会阴侧切伤口、自然裂伤缝合术感染的68例产妇为观察组,另选取同期在本院行会阴侧切伤口、自然裂伤伤口缝合术无感染的68例产妇为对照组,应用单因素及Logistic回归分析影响产妇会阴侧切切口、自然裂伤伤口缝合术后感染的危险因素,并提出针对性护理干预措施。结果:经Logistic回归分析显示,孕期贫血、体重指数高、羊水感染、妊娠糖尿病、阴检肛查>3次等为会阴侧切切口、自然裂伤伤口缝合术后感染的危险因素。结论:产妇会阴侧切切口、自然裂伤伤口缝合术后感染与多种因素相关,通过提高产妇感染控制意识,强化产妇围产期健康指导,产后针对性进行护理干预可有效降低会阴侧切切口、自然裂伤伤口缝合术后感染概率。Objective ： To discuss the factors for perineum wound infection of lying - in women and their interference measures, so as to provide guide to pre- vent the infection after perineum lateral episiotomy wound, natural laceration wound suture of lying - in women. Methods ： Selected 68 lying - in women with spontaneous labor and having perineum lateral episiotomy wound and natural laceration wound suture without infection from January 2014 to June 2016 as the observation group, and selected 68 lying - in women receiving perineum lateral episiotomy wound and natural laceration wound suture with post - opera- tion infection as the control group, and single factor and Logistics regression were used to analyze the hazardous factors for the post - operation infection of perineum lateral episiotomy wound and natural laceration, and the nursing interference measures were proposed. Results：The Logistic regression analysis showed that anemia during pregnancy, high weight index, amniotic fluid infection, gestational diabetes and vagina and anus examination more than 3 times were the hazardous factors for the post - operation infection of perineum lateral episiotomy wound, natural laceration wound suture. Conclusion ： The post - operation infection of perineum lateral episiotomy wound, natural laceration wound suture of＇lying - in women were related to many factors, and improving the infection control awareness of lying - women, strengthening the health guideline for lying - in women in the perinatal period and the targeted nursing in- terference after birth could effectively reduce the probability of post - operation infection of perineum lateral episiotomy wound, natural laceration wound su- ture.
