浮针联合脊痹丸治疗强直性脊柱炎急性疼痛短期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察浮针联合脊痹丸治疗强直性脊柱炎急性疼痛、晨僵等症状的短期临床疗效。方法:将98例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为治疗组48例和对照组50例。治疗组予浮针疗法联合脊痹丸口服,对照组予双氯芬酸钠缓释片联合脊痹丸口服治疗,疗程为2周。观察两组治疗24 h、1周、2周后疼痛VAS评分和2周后晨僵时间等指标的改善情况。结果:两组治疗24 h、1周、2周后疼痛VAS评分和2周后的晨僵时间等指标与本组治疗前相比均有改善(P<0.05),且治疗组在24 h、1周、2周后疼痛VAS评分改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:浮针联合脊痹丸治疗强直性脊柱炎急性疼痛短期疗效明显。Objective： To observe the short-term clinical curative effect of floating acupuncture combined Jibi pill （脊痹丸） on ankylosing spondylitis （AS） symptoms such as acute pain, morning stiffness. Methods： The 98 patients with AS were randomly divided into treatment group （48 cases） and control group （50 cases）. The treatment group was treated with floating acupuncture combined with Jibi pill, while the control group was given diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets combined with Jibi pill. The period of treatment was 8 weeks. Then observe the changes of pain VAS scores after 24 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks and the morning stiffness time after 2 weeks of the two groups. Results： Index of two groups such as the pain VAS scores after 24 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks and the time of morning stiffness after 2 weeks all improved after treatment （P〈0.05）, and the treatment group was better than the control group on the pain VAS scores （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Floating acupuncture therapy combined Jibi pill could obviously improve the acute pain of patients with ankylosing spondylitis in the short term.
