摘  要:研究了Al,Ti,W,Mo,Cr合金元素含量分别在偏上限、中线、下限时K487合金的组织和性能。结果表明,合金元素含量在偏下限时,合金中析出少量的碳化物和γ′相,当提高到偏中线,碳化物和γ′相析出量增加,而提高到偏上限,碳化物和γ′相析出量进一步增加,同时析出大量针状μ相。随着合金元素含量的增加,合金的室温抗拉强度及屈服强度、750℃高温时抗拉强度及屈服强度提高;室温及高温伸长率下降,并且在合金元素含量偏上限时下降明显。综合来看,合金元素含量在偏中线时,K487合金具有较好的综合性能。Effects of Al,Ti,W,Mo,Cr content at maximum value,minimum value and middle value on microstructure and properties of superalloy K487 were investigated.The results show that there exists less carbide andγ′phase precipitated when the composition content is at low limit,and the carbide andγ′phase are increased when the composition content is at middle value,in addition,carbide andγ′phase are further increased and acicularμphase is precipitated when the composition content reaches high line.And the tensile strength and yield strength of the K487 alloy at room-temperature and 750 ℃-temperature are increased obviously,while the elongation at room-temperature and 750 ℃is decreased with increasing in composition content,especially the composition content at top-line.K487 alloy exhibits desirable comprehensive properties with the composition content at middle value
