摘 要:在有无电磁搅拌条件下制备了不同Ag含量的Cu-Ag合金,并对不同电磁搅拌条件下Cu-Ag合金的凝固组织和硬度进行测试。结果表明,电磁搅拌使Cu-Ag合金初生Cu枝晶变短、变粗,晶粒变细,且共晶组织细化;电磁搅拌使Cu-Ag合金初生Cu枝晶内Ag含量降低,合金横截面硬度降低。Different content Cu-Ag alloys were fabricated with and without electromagnetic stirring(EMS) in the experiments, then the solidified structure and microhardness with and without EMS were detected and researched in this paper. The results show that the pro-eutectic Cu dendrites became shorter and coarser with the electromagnetic stirring in the experiments, the grains were refined and eutectic were refined. Meanwhile, the Ag content in the pro-eutectic Cu dendrites became lower with the electromagnetic stirring and the sectional hardness of Cu-Ag alloys became lower.
