旅游业与金融业耦合协调发展实证分析——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：旅游业与金融业之间互动耦合是市场供给和消费需求的必然趋势,其耦合过程促进了实体经济与虚拟经济平衡协调发展。文章在分析旅游业与金融业互动耦合发展作用机理的基础上,通过耦合评价模型和耦合指标体系的构建,对江苏省2001—2013年两个产业耦合发展的时空演变进行了实证分析。研究结果显示:江苏省旅游业与金融业在研究期内发展较快,呈现显著的耦合发展关系,但存在金融业发展滞后现象;两个产业区域间发展具有显著差异,苏南耦合协调度较高,苏中和苏北协调等级低,且有部分地区处于失调阶段。鉴于此,提出加大金融支持和服务、创新耦合发展模式等建议,从而促进两个产业良性耦合发展。The interactive coupling between tourism and finance is an inevitable trend motivated by market supply and consumption demand. The coupled process promotes the coordinated development of the real economy and the virtual economy. It could be viewed as an integration process of mutual dependence, infiltration and interaction between the real economy and virtual economy. Furthermore, it leads to the accumulation and appreciation of industry capital. This paper studies the interaction of tourism and finance from the perspective of industry coupling. By the use of the coupled evaluation model, the coupled coordination of both industries is measured, which is very important for the interactive development of tourism and finance, as well as some other industries. First, the mechanism for interactive coupling between the tourism and financial industries is analyzed. We find that the tourism industry could promote and support the development of the financial industry, and finance could also promote and support the development of the tourism industry. Second, a coupled evaluation model and an index system are built for the measurement of the industries in coupled coordination. At last, taking Jiangsu, an eastern province of great economic importance, as an example, time and space evolution from 2001--2013 for coupled coordination between tourism and finance are analyzed for the whole province, including three significant regions and 13 cities. As shown in the results in the sample years, both industries developed rapidly, with the comprehensive evaluation values of tourism and finance increasing from 0.032, 0.101 to 0.883, 0.918. However, the development of finance has fallen behind that of tourism. Furthermore, there is notable coupling between the development of the two industries, with the coupled coordination degree increased from 0.238 in 2001 to 0.949 in 2013.
