摘  要:针对注汽锅炉真空除氧器冬季产水含氧量严重超标这一情况,分析真空除氧器除氧运行的特点,利用注汽锅炉已有的低压蒸汽,设计了一套全自动给水蒸汽加热系统,该系统采用管壳式换热器作为水蒸汽换热器,蒸汽经计量喷嘴和调节阀后进入换热器,冷凝水进入除氧器的回收水箱,采用PLC作为控制器,触摸屏作为人机界面,采集给水流量,通过热平衡原理对加热后水温度进行建模,计算出所需加热的蒸汽量,采集喷嘴差压,计算出蒸汽流量,经PID控制器调节蒸汽流量,使给水温度加热到预定值,保证真空除氧器产水含氧达标,该系统在油田稠油开采行业具有推广应用价值。In this article, in view of the fact that the oxygen content of the vacuum deaerator in the steam injection boiler is seriously exceeding the standard in the winter, the characteristics of the deaerator in the vacuum deaerator are analyzed, a set of automatic water heating steam heating system was designed, by using the low pressure steam of the steam injection boiler, the system uses shell -and -tube heat exchanger as water vapor steam heat exchanger, the steam through the measurement of the nozzle and control valve into the heat exchanger, the condensate into the deaerator recovery tank, the use of PLC as a controller, touch screen As the man- machine interface, collecting water flow, through the principle of heat balance after heating the water temperature modeling, calculate the required heating steam, the nozzle differential pressure to calculate the steam flow, the PID controller to regulate the steam flow, The temperature is heated to a predetermined value, and the oxygen production rate of the vacuum deaerator is ensured. The system has the application value in the heavy oil extraction industry of the oil field.
