摘　　要：目的估计湖南省长沙市男男性行为人群(MSM)规模,为预测艾滋病流行趋势和调整防治策略提供科学依据。方法于2015年2—3月在长沙市音乐吧、浴池、茶室各类较具规模的MSM活动场所,利用乘数法原理结合MSM手机交友软件进行估计,以"BLUED"软件连续1周内在长沙地区范围内登录人数的平均值作为"r",以调查对象在规定时间内登录软件比例的倒数作为"m",由此计算估计数N=m×r。结果长沙市MSM人群规模估计数为46 157人,95%CI=43 854~48 460人,MSM人口占当地15~59岁男性人口的比例约为1.8%。结论用手机交友软件对MSM人群规模进行估计有利于发现更多隐身MSM,获得较真实数据。Objective To estimate the population size of men who have sex with men （MSM） in Changsha city and to provide a basis for predicting the trend and adjusting control strategy for human immunodeficiency virus （HIV） epidemic.Methods A survey was conducted between February and March 2015 in some music bars,public baths,and tea rooms frequently visited by some MSM for their gay activities in Changsha city.Multiplier method and mobile phone MSM dating application （App） were used for the estimation of MSM number.The number （N） of MSM is estimated with a formula：N=m＊r;where,r is the average person-times of loging in BLUED App at Changsha region within a week and m is a reciprocal of the ratio between the number of MSM loging in BLUED App within a specific period and the total number of the MSM surveyed.Results The population size of MSM in Changsha city was 46 157 （95%confidence interval：43 854-48 460）,accounting for 1.8%of local male population aged from 15 to 59 years.Conclusion Applying mobile phone dating App to estimate population size of MSM is helpful to obtain more reliable estimation.
