大庆市龙凤社区居民高血压患病率、知晓率、治疗率、控制率及患病影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解黑龙江省大庆市龙凤社区居民高血压的患病率、知晓率、治疗率、控制率及其高血压患病的影响因素,为高血压的预防控制提供参考依据。方法于2015年2月—2016年4月采用简单随机抽样方法在大庆市龙凤社区抽取9 419名≥15岁居民进行问卷调查和体格检查。结果大庆市龙凤社区9 419名≥15岁居民中,高血压患病2 181例,高血压患病率为23.16%;2 181例高血压患病居民中的知晓率、治疗率和控制率分别为66.35%、61.85%和8.62%;多因素非条件logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄≥45岁、饮酒、有高血压家族史、有糖尿病既往史、有脑卒中既往史、中心性肥胖、超重和肥胖是大庆市龙凤社区居民高血压患病的危险因素,人均年收入≥20 000元是大庆市龙凤社区居民高血压患病的保护因素。结论大庆龙凤社区居民高血压的患病率较高,高血压患者的知晓率、治疗率和控制率也有待提高;年龄、人均年收入、饮酒情况、高血压家族史、糖尿病既往史、脑卒中既往史、中心性肥胖和体质指数(BMI)情况是大庆市龙凤社区居民高血压患病的主要影响因素。Objective To examine the prevalence,awareness,treatment rate,control rate and influencing factors of hypertension among residents of Longfeng community in Daqing city of Heilongjiang province and to provide references for the prevention and control of hypertension.Methods A total of 9 419 residents aged ≥15 years were selected with simple random sampling from Longfeng community of Daqing city and surveyed with a questionnaire interview and physical examination between February 2015 and April 2016.Results The prevalence rate of hypertension was 23.16% among the participants.The rate of awareness,treatment,and control of hypertension in the 2 181 hypertensive patients identified was 66.35%,61.85%,and 8.62%,respectively.Multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that aged ≥45 years,alcohol drinking,family history of hypertension,history of suffering from diabetes and stroke,central obesity,and overweight and obesity were risk factors of hypertension and with annual personal income of 20 000 RMB yuan or more was a protective factor against hypertension among the participants.Conclusion The prevalence rate of hypertension is high and mainly influenced by age,personal annual income,alcohol drinking,family history of hypertension,history of suffering from diabetes and stroke,central obesity,body mass index among adult residents in Longfeng community of Daqing city;in addition,the rates of awareness,treatment and control of hypertension need to be improved among hypertensive patients in the community.
