摘  要:目的:探讨声触诊组织量化(VTQ)技术在评价结缔组织病患者甲状腺硬度改变中的应用价值。方法:选取结缔组织病患者45例为病例组,健康志愿者30例为对照组,采用VTQ技术检测其甲状腺两侧叶剪切波传导速度(SWV)。记录病例组病程及血清ESR、CRP水平,研究其与甲状腺SWV的相关性。结果:病例组甲状腺剪切波速度(2.30±0.46)m/s高于正常对照组甲状腺剪切波速度(1.85±0.20)m/s,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲状腺剪切波速度与病程长短、血清ESR、CRP水平均无相关性(P均>0.05)。结论:声触诊组织量化技术可以无创地定量评估甲状腺硬度,早期发现结缔组织病合并的甲状腺弹性异常,为临床早期诊断提供帮助。Objective:To explore the value of virtual touch tissue quantifieation(VTQ)technology in evaluating the change of thyroid's stiffness with connective tissue diseases(CTD). Methods: A total of 45 patients with CTD and 30 healthy volunteers were measured the SW-V of both thyroid lateral lobe using VTQ technology. Study the correlation between the SWV of thyroid and the course of disease, the levels of ESR and CRP. Results: The SWV for case group (2.30±0. 46)m/s was higher than that for controls(1. 85±0. 20)m/s, the differences were statistically significant. There was no correlation between the SWV of thyroid and the course of disease, the levels of ESR and CRP. Conclusion:VTQ technique can noninvasively quantitatively evaluate the stiffness of thyroid, early detect the elastic change of thyroid with connective tissue diseases,which was helpful for early clinical diagnosis.
