摘  要:目的采用星点设计-效应面法优化细叶远志皂苷自微乳处方。方法配伍试验、绘制伪三元相图进行处方筛选,以溶解度、粒径及乳化时间为指标,星点设计-效应面法优化处方。结果细叶远志皂苷自微乳的处方配比为油酸乙酯12.93%,RH40 56.30%,1,2-丙二醇30.77%。结论此方法的预测性良好,适用于细叶远志皂苷自微乳的处方优化。OBJECTIVE To optimize the formulation of Tenuifolin self-microemulsions drug system using central composite design-response surface methodology.METHODS The prescription was selected through the compatibility test and pseudo-ternary phase diagram method.With solubility,particle size and emulsification time as indices,the formulation was optimized by central composite design-response surface method.RESULTS The optimum selfmicroemulsifying drug delivery system was composed of ethyl oleate 12.93%,RH 40 56.30%,1,2-propanediol 30.77%.CONCLUSION With good predictability,this method can be used for the formulation optimization of self-microemulsion loaded with Tenuifolin.
