某医院2014～2016年药品库存周转率回顾性研析

摘　　要：目的了解2014~2016年某医院药品的使用情况,并对药库管理的有效性进行评估。方法从某医院HIS系统数据库中抽取2014~2016年全年的药品销售及库存数据,利用电子表格软件统计,计算库存周转率等数据,并进行回顾性研析。结果某医院从2014到2016年的药品库存周转率下降至14.27次,周转天数上升至25d,未达到三级综合医院评审标准。结论某医院药品库存缺乏科学管理,需结合某医院的临床实际用药情况,对药品的库存管理进行创新科学地统一调整,以提高药品库存的周转率,使某医院对药品库存的管理更加系统和科学化。OBJECTIVE To understand the use of drugs in a hospital in 2014-2016,and to evaluate effectiveness of pharmacy store management.METHODS The extracting 2014 - 2016 annual drug sales and inventory data from a hospital HIS system database,using spreadsheet software statistics,calculation of inventory turnover and other data,and a retrospective analysis.RESULTS The a hospital from 2014 to 2016 of drug inventory turnover rate dropped to 14.27 times,turnover days rose to 25 d,have not reached level 3 general hospital accreditation standards.CONCLUSION A lack of scientific management of drug inventory exists in a hospital.Combined with the actual clinical use of a hospital,drug inventory management innovation and scientific and unified adjustment,in order to improve the turnover rate of drug inventory,so that a hospital for drug inventory management more systematic and scientific.
