西格列汀对初诊2型糖尿病氧化应激水平的研究

摘　　要：目的观察单独使用二甲双胍或联合应用西格列汀对初诊2型糖尿病患者血糖波动和氧化应激水平的影响。方法初诊2型糖尿病患者60例,按随机数字表法分为2组,单药组30例,单纯给予二甲双胍治疗,联合组30例,给予西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗。健康体检者26例为健康对照组。比较三组观察治疗前后糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、血丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平,平均血糖波动幅度(MAGE)、日间血糖平均绝对值(MODD)。结果与健康对照组比较,治疗前单药组、联合组HbA1C、MDA均升高,SOD均降低(P<0.05);治疗后两组HbA1C、MDA、MAGE、MODD均较治疗前降低,SOD较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且联合组较单药组更明显(P<0.05)。结论西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗初诊2型糖尿病,可减少血糖波动,减轻2型糖尿病患者体内的氧化应激水平。Objective To observe the effect of metformin alone or sitagliptin combined with metformin on oxidative stress lev-els in first-visit patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus .Methods Sixty first-visit patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into single drug or drug combination group ,30 in each group .The single drug group received metformin treatment alone while the drug combination group received sitagliptin plus metformin .Meanwhile ,26 healthy subjects were selected as normal control （ control group）.The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin （HbA1c）,blood malondialdehyde （MDA）,superoxide dismutase （SOD）,mean ampli-tude glycemic excursions （ MAGE） and mean of daily differences （ MODD） were compared before and after treatment among the three groups.Results Compared to the healthy control group ,the levels of HbA1c and MDA were higher but SOD was lower in both treat-ment groups before treatment （P〈0.05）.After treatment,the levels of HbA1c,MDA,MAGE and MODD were significantly decreased but SOD was increased in the two treatment groups when compared to before treatment （ P〈0.05 ） .The effect was more obvious in the drug combination group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion Sitagliptin combined with metformin could decrease blood glucose fluctuation and reduce oxidative stress in type 2 diabetic patients .
