摘　　要：对通路地板上板冲孔翻边模成形缺陷进行分析,提出改进方案,将冲孔与翻边一次成形工序改进为先冲孔后翻边的成形工序,将冲孔的卸料方式由下卸料改为上卸料,同时冲孔翻边仍然保持一次成形,冲孔翻边成形的零件质量提高,保证了地板上板的成形质量,为同类制件的生产提供参考。The forming defects of piercing-flanging die for upper floor board were analyzed, and the improvement scheme was put forward. The one-step process of piercing-flanging was transformed into piercing first and then flanging, and the stripping method was ex- changed downward into upward stripping. The piercing-flanging process was still main- tained forming by one-step. The forming quality of parts was improved and the quality of upper floor board was ensured, which provided reference for similar parts.
