摘 要:机械杂质是导致变压器油绝缘性能下降的主要原因之一。提出膜过滤法测试变压器油机械杂质的方法,研究不同孔径滤膜的测试精度和重复性,选择一种可用于变压器油机械杂质测试的滤膜。实际测试结果表明,微孔滤膜过滤称重分析测试变压器油中的颗粒污染物具有技术可行性;用膜过滤法测得的颗粒杂质,除包含机械颗粒污染物外,还可能包含油品衰变产物;用膜过滤法测得的变压器油机械杂质含量与油品的冷却方式和设备(油品)的运行时间有较强的相关性。Mechanical impurities are one of the main reasons for the decrease of insulation pertormance oi transIormer oil.A method of inspecting mechanical impurities in transformer oil by membrane filtration method was proposed.The meas- urement accuracy and repeatability of different pore size membrane were studied, thus a kind of filter for testing the me- chanical impurity of transformer oil was selected.The result shows that it is feasible to test and analyze the particulate pol- lutants in the transformer oil by millipore filter.The impurity particles measured by membrane filtration method may also contain oil decay products besides the mechanical particulate pollutants.There is a strong correlation between the mechanical impurity content measured by using this method and the cooling method and running time of the transformer oil.
