摘  要:目的 探讨MR T2*mapping成像技术在定量分析腰椎小关节退变中的可行性及应用价值.方法 收集因慢性腰痛来本院就诊的患者51例及健康志愿者17例,采用3.0T MR对L1-S1腰椎小关节进行扫描,获取T2WI及T2*mapping横断位图像,分别用于小关节形态学分级及关节软骨T2*值测定,行数据统计分析.结果 病例组与对照组小关节软骨T2*值差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);病例组不同Weishaupt分级的小关节软骨T2*值的单因素方差分析提示:0级与1级、0级与2级小关节软骨T2*值间均有显著性差异(P=0.001),0级与3级、1级与2级、1级与3级、2级与3级间小关节软骨T2*值间均无显著性差异(P〉0.05).结论 MR T2*mapping成像技术在定量评价腰椎小关节早期退变中具有提示性价值.Objective To explore the feasibility and value of MR T2 *mapping in quantitatively analyzing the degeneration of lumbar facet joints.Methods 51 patients with chronic lumbago and 17 healthy volunteers were involved in the study.3.0T MR was used to acquire the axial T2 WI and T2*mapping images of the L1-S1 facet joints.The axial T2 WI images were used for grading the lumbar facet joints based on Weishaupt criterion.And the T2*mapping images were to measure the T2 *values of lumbar facet joints'cartilage. The date was for statistical analysis finally.Results There was no significant difference in the T2*values of the lumbar facet joint cartilage between patients and healthy volunteers (P〉0.05).The results of one-way ANOVA of the mean T2*values of facet cartilage graded by Weishaupt in patients showed that there were statistical significance between grade 0 and grade 1,grade 0 and grade 2 (P=0.001), but there were no significant differences between grade 0 and grade 3,grade 1 and grade 2,grade 1 and grade 3,and grade 2 and grade 3(P〉0.05).Conclusion The MR T2*mapping has implicative value in quantitatively evaluating the early degeneration of lumbar facet joints.
