摘  要:通过对PTFE纤维与芳纶纤维复合编织衬垫分别进行丙烯酰胺处理、磷酸酯偶联剂处理和甘油醚处理,利用Instron5944型电子万能材料试验机和自制的复合摆动式摩擦磨损性能试验机,对关节轴承的剥离强度及摩擦磨损性能进行了测试和试验,考察了不同改性处理对自润滑关节轴承的粘接性能和摩擦学性能的影响,结果表明,衬垫经改性处理后轴承的粘接性能得到了提高,并且轴承的摩擦因数、磨损量以及摩擦温升有所降低,其中经丙烯酰胺处理后,轴承的粘接性能和摩擦学性能最优。The liners of hybrid PTFE and kevlar fabrics were treated with acrylamide, phosphate ester and glycerol ether. The peeling strength was measured using Instron 5944 electronic universal material testing machine and the tribological properties were investigated using self-made compound swinging type friction and wear testing machine, the effects of different treatment methods on the bonding properties and tribological properties of spherical plain bearing were investigated. The results show that the bonding behavior of the modified bearing have a greater degree of improvement and the friction coefficient,wear rate and friction temperature of the bearing were decreased, the bonding properties and tribological properties of spherical plain bearing were the best.
