摘 要:汽车经销商的信用评价是汽车生产企业管理、监督汽车经销商的一个有效途径。但我国目前汽车经销商信用评价存在着评价指标模糊、考虑因素不全面等问题。针对这些问题,根据汽车制造企业的行业发展情况,在分析汽车经销商的经营现状和对汽车经销商信用评价研究的基础上,建立了一套适用于汽车经销商信用评价的指标体系,并用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)和模糊综合评价法对经销商的信用进行评价。汽车生产企业根据经销商等级得分,调整经销商扶持措施以及优惠政策,为选择经销商决策提供参考。Evaluation of auto dealers credit is an effective way to manage and oversight auto dealers by automobile manufacturers. But current evaluation of credit have questions of fuzzy index and uncomprehensive consideration and other issues. To solve the problems, according to industry developments automobile manufacturers and on the basis of analysis of auto dealers' operating status and evaluation of auto dealers credit, a suitable evaluation index system of auto dealers credit is established and using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the auto dealers credit. According to grade rating of auto dealers credit, automobile manufacturers adjust support measures and incentives on auto dealers. This method provides a basis for decision-making.
